Neiman had us working on a number of open guard techniques. He easily showed ten moves... and incredibly, I can remember all of them, because of the way he taught.
What grabbed me the most were three seemingly small details that - I believe - will make the biggest different in my game. Nothing dramatic, really... just a way to prevent the double under pass, a way to prevent the bullfighter pass, and how to stop someone from stacking you in a triangle. But as simple as they sound, it's the little things that make the biggest different in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It was a total "why didn't I think of that?" moment.
At the end, Neiman rolled with a couple guys (video soon) and took pictures. Everyone got a lot out of it, and we look forward to having him back in soon.
